Lindsay Lohan Might Get Out Of Jail Again

After her SCRAM bracelet went off at an afterparty for the MTV Movie Awards, Lindsay had to go to court to explain herself and take some urine tests and so on and so forth.

Lindsay claimed that someone spilled a drink on her ankle (I was going to make fun of that, but then I remembered that I’ve definitely had the same thing happen to me and now it’s not funny so much as it is sad). It turns out that she was telling the truth, because according to Lindsay’s lawyer, her urine tests were negative.

So she’s hasn’t been drinking, and it looks like she’s going to be caught up with her alcohol education classes by her hearing on July 6th. Since she’s been doing everything she’s supposed to, she might not have to go to jail. And that’s absurd.

Ronnie James Dio - HEAVEN & HELL

Earlier this month, HEAVEN & HELL canceled its summer tour plans in Europe due to Dio's treatment for stomach cancer. The band said in a statement that Dio wasn't "well enough to tour this summer. We hope that everyone understands and want to thank fans and industry colleagues for their continuing support at this time."

Ronnie James Dio has performed with ELF, RAINBOW, BLACK SABBATH, and his own band DIO. Other musical projects included the collective fundraiser "Hear 'n Aid". He is widely hailed as one of the most powerful singers in heavy metal, renowned for his consistently powerful voice and for popularizing the "devil's horns" hand gesture in metal culture.

He is currently involved with HEAVEN & HELL, a project which also included former BLACK SABBATH  bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice. Their first studio album, "The Devil You Know", was released on April 28, 2009.

Paula Abdul Criticizes American Idol

Paula Abdul told Barbara Walters on her Sirius satellite radio show n Monday that American Idol producers knew Paula Goodspeed has stalked the idol judge, and allowed her to audition anyway.

Goodspeed was found dead of an apparent suicide near Abdul’s home last months. Abdul said Goodspeed had written her "disturbing letters" for nearly 18 years and that at times she maintained a restraining order against the woman.

Abdul also accused Fox of making her home address public, although she added that Goodspeed found the place on her own after an audition.

When Walters asked Abdul why she remains on a show that put her in peril, Abdul replied" I’m under contract."
